Role Players/Victim Actors

Role Players/Victim Actors – We support the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department, its Urban Search and Rescue Team (VATF-1), the Fairfax County Police Department, and the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA) by serving as role player / victim actors to support their training exercises. These exercises include mass casualty incidents (often an active shooter response drill), Civil Disturbance Unit response to protests training drills, EMT and Paramedic school training sessions, MWAA Canine training, and mass casualty incidents at our area airports. We also serve as role players at our own CERT Basic final exercises. By serving as a victim actor, you see first-hand how our first responders react in various emergency situations and as they learn the necessary skills to be the professionals they are.
